No FERPA-sensitive records
We never ask for grades, financial aid, health or disciplinary records, or SSNs. Profiles are limited to directory-style details like name, school email, class year and major.
No tracking or ads
No ad trackers, tracking cookies or cross-site pixels. We never sell student data.
AI that doesn't train on you
Sync AI runs on Google's paid Gemini API through our server. Your questions and documents aren't used to train AI models.

Pricing is based on the number of seats in your SGA's constitution, not how many are filled, so filling more seats never raises your price.

How do you sign people in? Do you support SSO?
TodayAdmins invite members in bulk, and each person gets a single-use sign-in link at their school email. Members can also create an account themselves. Either way, only addresses on your school's email domains are accepted.

Can we get our data out?

Is Sync accessible?
We're working toward WCAG 2.1 AA across our website and the Sync app. If you find a barrier, email support@sgasync.com and we'll prioritize it.
Will you go through our security review?
Yes. We'll walk your IT team through how Sync is built and hosted and answer your questions in writing. Sync runs on Google Cloud (Firebase) and Vercel, and every sub-processor is listed in our Privacy Policy.
Who owns the records our SGA creates?
Your institution does. Bills, resolutions, agendas, budgets and minutes remain the property of your school or its users. We only host and process them to run the service. See Section 5 of our Terms of Use.
